1) Only the fifteen pictures on the page www.fotos-hz4.com/english.htm, and the pictures on the link www.fotos-hz4.com/free_pictures.htm may be used for free. All other images must not be copied or used, and are protected by copyright laws. If you have any doubts, the free pictures don't have any marks, and the pictures you must not use have the mark "fotos-hz4" in the upper left and lower right corners. (view example)

2) Each time you use one of the free pictures, you will have to make a link to www.fotos-hz4.com . The link must be on the same page the image appears. If you use many pictures on one page, you only need to make one link. But if you use pictures on different pages, you have to make a link on each page the pictures are being used. This link is mandatory. Without the link you are not authorized to use the pictures.

3) You have to upload the pictures to your own server. Don't insert the picture on your page loading them from our servers.

4) Our pictures and photos show places, nature and cultures. We don't take responsibility for the image right of third parts who eventually are present in the images.

5) The pictures may only be used on internet web pages.

Any legal issues will be analyzed ONLY by Brazilian court, and by using our images you agree that this court will be at the Forum of Rio de Janeiro capital of the Rio de Janeiro state.
